At oldtruckfan.com, every product is designed with durability and real-world use in mind. Most items are made or prepared in small batches, and we take care to package everything properly before it leaves our shop.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods or when products are built to order, processing times may be slightly longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer free standard shipping within the United States on most items.
Any exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.

Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier.

International Shipping (not yet available)

Tracking

All shipped orders include tracking whenever available. Once your order ships, tracking details will be emailed to you.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Old Truck Fan is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
